1. Grease your pan, and place the fillets skin down. Add 2 drops of lemon essential lol to each portion and spread around by finger. Then top salt (I used Celtic salt and pressed in the rock chunks) and a nice generous dash of dill flakes. Place them in the oven at 350° F (I like to not turn on the oven until I place the food in, so that I get an even cook as the temperature of the oven and food raise together).

And it’s not official until you place it on a dish with a bunch of other tasty bites: like homemade pickle ferments made with dill and ginger, yellow squash, quinoa, shiitake mushrooms, and sweet potatoes! 😃 Put a drop or two of lemon EO in your water for a nice drink to pare with this delicious meal.
