I purchased these delicious fillets from Chuck’s Produce in Vancouver, WA.  Now let’s see what we can make of ’em ☺

1. Grease your pan, and place the fillets skin down. Add 2 drops of lemon essential lol to each portion and spread around by finger. Then top salt (I used Celtic salt and pressed in the rock chunks) and a nice generous dash of dill flakes. Place them in the oven at 350° F (I like to not turn on the oven until I place the food in, so that I get an even cook as the temperature of the oven and food raise together).

2. Place the fish in your oven or toaster oven and bake for 25-35 minutes. While your fresh fillets bake, take a shot of Ningxia Red®! So refreshing on an empty stomach! 😮

3. After 20-25 minutes, if it still looks like this (kind of raw on top), give it another 10 minutes…

4. …Until it looks like this.

5. And it’s not official until you place it on a dish with a bunch of other tasty bites: like homemade pickle ferments made with dill and ginger, yellow squash, quinoa, shiitake mushrooms, and sweet potatoes! 😃  Put a drop or two of lemon EO in your water for a nice drink to pare with this delicious meal. Enjoy!Leftover fish is perfect for a meal-prepped protein source you can enjoy even cold, like tuna! 😃
